Mat Sabu’s IS allegation on PAS

On December 6, 2015

That is what he (Mohamad Sabu) meant, the dangers and culture of IS. For example, the culture that only their party is Islamic. If you exit their party, you will go to hell. This is the culture that we need to be cautious of. Amanah also needs to be wary of this culture.

Salahuddin Ayub, Parti Amanah Negara deputy president, claiming his president Mohamad Sabu was misquoted over remarks that PAS was infiltrated by the Islamic State (IS)

On December 12, 2015

Retract what? I am not aware of any police report. I have not read about PAS filing a police report against me.

Mohamad Sabu, Parti Amanah Negara president, proving Salahuddin was wrong that he was misquoted

Umno General Assembly

I, Najib Razak as president of Umno, choose to be magnanimous to open the door of friendship to all so that we can be united and strengthen Umno ties.  But I want to firmly state that if anyone continues to oppose and want to fight...this isn't personal anymore. They are not just opposing me as Najib Razak, the party president, but they are also clearly opposing reconciliation and rejecting Umno's decision.

There is no concrete reason for me to apologise. Whatever I said is not something personal. All my statements are matters regarding the party, leadership and principles. And I have repeated this many times.

Muhyiddin Yassin, Umno deputy president

Umno’s invitation

So, we in Umno feel relief, and in fact, happy that PAS is now not with these Opposition parties any more. With an open heart and free spirit, we offer the ties and bond of relationship towards the ideal in building Malaysia based on the Islamic doctrine.

Najib Razak, Umno president

PAS remains resolute at this moment that we are politically cooperating with PKR and are committed to work together in accordance with the decision made during our recent Muktamar. The Syura Council and the PAS central committee have endorsed this.

Tuan Guru Abdul Hadi Awang, PAS president

PAS will not “carry dead weight”. The country needs to be saved from corruption, abuse of power, fraud, mismanagement and money politics which are now rampant and a norm in Umno-led governments, which violate the demands of Syariah. The first Islamic justice that should be appreciated by Umno is the need to be fair and stop its tyranny towards its political enemies. This includes paying oil royalties to the Kelantan government and continuing the East Coast Expressway project up to Kota Baru.
